Allow me to preface this post by addressing my minor hypocrisy - I generally am not a fan of H&M. I am also, or was never, a fan of the designer/lower-end-store collaborations, as I thought that this was an excuse to sell low quality goods for an escalated price simply because the tag boasted a designer name.
For some reason, Versace for H&M got me kind of excited. There was a particular skirt that I wanted, and then I just sort of decided that if I were going to get the skirt, I might as well get something to match it, and so on and so on.... The items in the collection were definitely not for everyone, but I really love what I got. :)
These are my very first H&M pieces (albeit not my first Versace pieces), which is also kind of interesting and exciting for me. I think the items that I purchased are really fun and eye-catching, despite being all black lol! (Those palm tree prints were not for me.)
