Okay, so, as always, I've been shopping. Purchases include a gorgeous white Alice + Olivia shirt with a cool ruffled collar (mine for $19, with a regular price of anywhere from $200-$300), a white Nanette Lepore skirt ($15, retailed for about the same as the Alice + Olivia top), pink Max Mara flats (I'm not sure as to how much they're worth, I'm guessing $500...but they were mine for $20!!!!), and this Nanette Lepore Dizzy Dancing dress ($25!! Retail price: $350...I am good):

I'm beyond happy with my purchases...first of all, I spent about $79 on stuff that's worth at least $1,300, but also because I found my mom a cute pair of Coach flats (even though I hate Coach, they were nice) for only $20, too. I'm really yearning to buy a pair of L.A.M.B. sandals, but my mom says I have too many pairs of sandals, and they're $68, which, though cheap, is out of my price range right now - I don't have any extra money to spend. I went shopping today (didn't buy anything :/) and saw lots of Seven for All Mankind jeans I would've loved to buy, but can't since I haven't lost weight yet. I've been feeling worse and worse about my body, and nobody and nothing makes me feel better.
Also, another important update - I thought I'd be getting a Chanel 2.55 for my birthday, but now, with the ridiculous price increase, I won't be. Therefore, I've made it my personal mission to get myself a fucking Chanel bag by 2011 as well.
I've started college, and I'm doing pretty well. After this, I've got to do some homework. I've been dressing rather well, I think. I've reconnected with an old friend recently, which is also great. I really want a nice watch...
